CK Food Safety Ltd has created this document to demonstrate its commitment to data privacy and its alignment to the Data protection Act 1998 and, in substitution from May 25th 2018, the General data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR) in respect of handling and processing personal data.

To enable us to carry out our services and keep in touch with you to provide advice and guidance.

 Reporting and maintaining breaches

All data breaches will be investigated by CK Food Safety Ltd and necessary steps with regard to data breach will be taken. A data breach incident form is available for this purpose.

We take compliance with this policy very seriously. 

Please note that if you wish you can request that we amend the data we currently hold on you. If you would like us to do this, simply email with the updates that you would like to make and we shall ensure these are made on your behalf.
